Shortly after founding the Righteous Order, the Angels send emissaries to The Eastern Provinces, who, under the council of the Ganpoumi Fi, had fought on another front against the forces of Evil during the Demon Wars. The Ganpoumi Fi had chosen not deal with Lord Arbam and his followers, and spared their Ancients despite what rumours may have been heard. To reward them, the Angels created a pact with them to ensure their legacy would live on.
Sword of the Covenant
Seeing how faithful the Ganpoumi Fi were in both the Demon Wars and Ancient Wars, the Angels bestowed upon their people a holy sword made of divine metal. Upon it, an inscription that laid bare a promise:
As long as your people rise to battle the forces of evil, your legacy will be preserved, no matter how grim the circumstance becomes. Even in the darkest hour, this blade will ensure that even the last surviving Ganpoumi Fi warrior will stand victorious against all odds.
This sword would be known as the Sword of the Covenant, and it was displayed ceremoniously at all major government events as well as festivals.
During the Eastern Civil War, the Sword of the Covenant was taken by fleeing survivors of the council to Fi Lo Hok.
