Vec was a twisted cyborg warrior created by the cooperation of Hyperius Tiamus Dominus, The Pharaoh, and Songkram scientists. He was born to serve as a finder and key to the Demon superweapon, The Pentalaser.

Vec was similar in design to Cev, and considered by Songkram scientists to be the “perfected” version of that project. Like Cev, Vec was powered by a Keongnetsu engine, giving him supernaturally-fueled strength and speed. Vec also had several additions to make him more potent in combat. The Demonium key to the Pentalaser was also integrated into Vec’s design, allowing him to know the location of the superweapon while also being able to unlock it with ease.
