Humans
Humans were the dominant sapient lifeform found in all of Legere. Humans of different variants were also found across various other dimensions.
Human Ethnicities #
Cloudweller #
Cloudweller natives were amber-skinned and often tanned from constant exposure to the sun above the clouds. Cloudwellers also had slightly pointed helices on their auricles.
Most Cloudwellers had thin black hair.
Corgathian #
Corgathian people were pale-skinned people that resembled their ancestors, the Cuprum. They often had light brown or blonde hair, although black hair was sometimes present.
Cuprum #
The Cuprum humans of Dawn Isle were tall, stout, and impressively built. They had pale skin, often dotted with freckles. Male Cuprum were known to have a surplus of body and facial hair. Said hair was thin and dense, often with a light brown, blonde to pale blonde, and ginger.
Cuprum eyes were characterized by their piercing blue or green colours.
Endalan #
The Endalan people had skin of darker shades, ranging from black to brown. Typically, Endalans from the Southwest had darker skin (especially along the coastline), while Endalans to the Northeast had brown to golden skin.
Most Endalans had curly, coarse hair and deep brown eyes.
Endalan people had long legs, wide shoulders, wide hips, and generally strong builds. Other Hohmite people considered them to be as physically impressive as the Cuprum to the north.
Isutan #
Isutan people were those who were native to the Eastern Provinces. The Isutan people were an amalgamated ethnicity comprised of 7 sub-ethnic groups, each hailing from an individual Eastern Kingdom before the Ganpoumi Fi unified them.
Isutan people typically had slighter, leaner builds than other humans. Their hair was naturally dark brown or black, and they had almond-shaped eyes. Their skin tones were olive, pale, or tanned depending on which part of the Eastern Provinces an individual hailed from.
Jinifarian #
The Jinifarian people of the Kaktis Desert and the Jinifarian kingdom were characterized by their brown skin of varying shades. They had black and dark brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive facial profile from their wide noses.
Jinifarian men had body and facial hair to rival those of Cuprum descent.
Phovezilan #
Phovezilans were average-built humans with peach, white, or light brown skin. Many of them had brown or black hair, with blonde being rarer. They also had a wide array of eye colours, ranging from grey to blue to brown.
The wide diversity of Phovezilans' appearances was attributed to the widescale conquest of Sandar around the Mundane War, which assimilated the people of Danthol and Falla into the nation and widely diversified the appearance of their citizens. Oftentimes, the ethnicity of "Phovezilan" is instead replaced with the term of West Hohmite.
Phovezilans were found along the western reaches of Hohm.
Tuku #
The Tuku of the Tuku Jungle had amber to reddish, copper-toned skin and the unique trait of red eyes. They had a dramatic array of heights, with some being as tall as Endalans. However, the majority of Tuku were shorter than other human ethnic groups.
Veskovian #
The unique appearance of the Veskovian people turned heads whenever they weren't in their homeland. Veskovians were average-sized humans with pale, blue-tinged skin and grey to white hair. A constant cloud cover found over their homeland of Veskovia meant they were extremely sensitive to sunlight, easily sunburning if proper precautions weren't taken.
Veskovians had grey to bluish-grey eyes.
