Heavenstide
The celebration of Heavenstide was an annual event that proclaimed the victory of Legere over the Demons in the Demon Wars. Its date marked the end of the horrific events and celebrated the newness of life that followed after every evil thing.
Heavenstide took place over a weekend, with one day dedicated to elaborate celebration and parties while the second was smartly used to clean up and rest after the festivities. During the Ancient Era[^1], the horrors of the Demon Wars were fresher and more hurtful to families who had lost loved ones. It served to be more of a day of remembrance and mourning, coupled alongside a celebration of victory. After the Ancient Era, Heavenstide's meaning became more diluted and shifted its focus to being a weekend of fun and enjoyment.
